Kirstie Ferrell, FNP

Kirstie Ferrell, FNP, is a family nurse practitioner at Triad Internal Medicine who specializes in chronic conditions and helps patients with behavioral health issues. Kirstie is dedicated to providing patients in Asheboro, North Carolina, with the excellent health care they deserve.

At Triad Internal Medicine, Kirstie believes that taking care of your health requires persistence and a lifelong commitment. She earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from North Carolina Central University in Durham, North Carolina. After completing her degree, she went on to receive her master’s degree in nursing from Simmons University in Boston, Massachusetts. She holds certification through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. 

At the moment, Kirstie is working on her post-master’s degree to become a psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP). 

Kirstie currently lives in Randolph County with her husband and their two sons and one daughter. She looks forward to meeting new and returning patients at the practice, and contributing her part as a family nurse practitioner to make the community a healthier place.
